Milan & Main at City Center Apartments

If you find yourself constantly wondering 'whos in my home' when you live alone then you'd love it here. They'll happily come into your home whenever they want of you don't answer the door and, strangely enough, things will start to go missing.

They fine and charge you endlessly and have horrible management. They never call you back or pretend to do so then hang up. Pretend they're not in office when you knock on the door yourself. There's only one worker that's been kind and she's the... receptionist. Everyone else will talk about you in the open, I've heard so much about another person's personal life for free from workers that are supposed to be professional.

A bunch of problems with the utilities here. Dark sludge out the sinks, leaking AC, your electric suddenly shooting up even if you're barely home because of work. Was even revealed that some people were somehow getting double charged.

People can and will touch your things in the laundry room as soon as you're out of it. Had my clothes moved onto the table while still wet, underwear missing.

You'd be much better off going somewhere else, the buildings are atrocious with disgusting and ill willed management. They had to change management over and over, and yet no one is EVER available in the office, they even pretend they're not there when you go in person. No call backs when you leave messages, 0 communication.

The workers and property management are very nasty and rude, will complain and insult the residents in the ECHOING hallway so... everyone can hear. They NEVER tell you when they're going to come into your apartment, just large gaps of dates that leaves them free to unlock your door and come in whenever they want even when you're SHOWERING!!!

They force you to walk out to the dumpster because they have tiny garbage shoots. They charge you extra in your rent for EVERYTHING.

Leaking A/C causing leaking vents, ROACH INFESTATION, takes WEEKS TO A MONTH to get any help. REEKS if weed in the halls and elevators even though there's a no smoking sign. Walls are paper thin and someone is always banging around or blasting music. Pray if you have your bedroom against someone elses. All my neighbors talk about is leaving here and many have already moved out.

Parking is horrible and it's very easy for your car to get towed even when you have a parking voucher displayed as instructed.

The only upside about this place is the apartment sizing. Take your money and RUN. I'm so happy I'm getting out. Read More
