Disappointed Leasing Office Management
I am a resident of this apartment for a year and due to the high turnover of the staff, some of the issues have not been properly addressed and I am extremely disappointed. Upon checking in last year, I mentioned to the staff that I have two service animals, and was told by the manager as well as the staff at that time that the pet deposit and the monthly fee would be refunded to me when I present those documents. I presented the document a few months later and the assistant manager took my... document and did not leave any record. When I re-visited this topic again, they claimed that they could not find the record. So I resubmitted the document (medical letter) for service dogs per their request, and the latest feedback was that they could not refund the pet deposit to me. The irony is that the original staff member offered to waive all the pet deposit when I checked in, but I was kind enough to said that charge me for one dog and when I returned with the document, then you can waive the fees. They said Yes, and yet until now, I did not have the deposit returned to me and still being charged monthly for the pet fee. After all these effort on communication and being a diligent resident, I am disappointed on how I am being treated as a decent human being.
