Quiet, Thoughtful Living
Moved in here a few years ago and have always been impressed with how thoughtful management and the maintenance staff have been. During the initial process I visited several times for measurements and general questions and I never seemed to be a bother. Moving in was quite convenient and I love that the apartments are nestled into a neighborhood; most people don’t realize it’s back here and it feels less like living in a busy apartment complex. It’s quiet and I’ve never had a problem with my... neighbors.
The maintenance staff (which I’ve had to call on very seldom) are timely and thorough. They’re always friendly and respectful and never hesitate to acknowledge you with a smile when you see them out on the property.
No plain white walls here, love my tiled shower and the ample closet space; specifically the storage closet which you don’t often find in apartments these days. And I definitely LIVE having my washer/dryer in the apartment. Who wants to carry laundry in the fall and winter months?
If you can get a balcony or patio with a courtyard view: Do it! It’s so peaceful and it looks great to sit in your living room and watch the leaves turn color or the snow fall in winter. It’s the little things like this that will make your apartment feel so much more like home.
Although the area is peaceful and the grounds are kept tidy, if you long for the busy city life, 295, 73, Walt Whitman and Ben Franklin are minutes away. It’s really centrally located in that regard.
Occasionally they host community events like BBQ’s which is a great way to meet others in the community.
I haven’t used it but I have vistes it and there is a gym on site and it beats paying a membership...just haven’t gotten around to it.
Overall I have been very pleased.
