Berkshire 1

I have been living in Berkshire 1 apartments with my family for a year. I absolutely love it. The manager Irma is very professional, maintenance is professional and respectful. The apartment complex is very clean, well kept, peaceful. I could not be happier. I
would absolutely recommend Berkshire apartments.

Beautiful, peaceful, safe place to live and raise your family.

A PLACE TO CALL HOME.

I recently moved into the Berkshire 1 apartments, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the very start, the manager Ms. Perez and her staff have been absolutely wonderful. They have been incredibly understanding, compassionate, and always ready to help with anything I need.

The apartment itself was remodeled and looks fantastic. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making it easy to settle in and feel at home right away. The complex itself is quiet, peaceful, and… exceptionally clean, creating a very comfortable living environment.

I truly appreciate the thoughtful attention and care from Ms. Perez and staff here at Berkshire 1. I feel like I've found a place I can call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment community!

Berkshires I

This place is managed professionally by the Manager Ms. Perez and her maintenance team. You can tell she is highly experienced and cares about her work. At move in I was treated with respect and kindness. I love that she listened to what I needed. She also assisted me with the application and the move in. I am very satisfied. I can see the capital improvements she is doing and is working on. I highly recommend this place to others to live here... where you are treated with respect and where you… can feel you matter.

Berkshires

This 2 Bedroom Apt is REALLY nice...Probably the best Apt I've ever had. it has a very large balcony, a dishwasher, wall-to-wall carpet & central air/heat. My only problem is that I have a disabled parent who lives with me so I need to be on the 1st floor or in a building with an elevator.
