Jasontown is a nice community to live in. The Hector the super is very professional and always punctual with the maintenance request.

Jason town and hector
Hector is a very good super, he’s very good at his job and he’s also good at fixing stuff, and jason town is also very nice to live in, it’s a very peaceful place and it’s clean and overall nice.

You can do better
I've been living in Jasontown for almost two years and regretted renewing my lease. While the rent is reasonably priced and the increase has been minimal, the experience has been less than ideal. The leasing office staff and some of the long-term tenants contribute to a challenging living environment, often showing favoritism and lodging frivolous complaints. Additionally, there are issues with pests and geese; some residents feed the geese, leading to unsanitary conditions. If you're... considering moving here for the affordable rent, be prepared to navigate these drawbacks.

This place is a joke
I lived here for 9 years. It's gotten worse over the years. My apartment is falling apart since the first year because they did a quick fix on everything. I've also dealt with mice and huge water bugs that look like roaches. Now they are raising my rent over $100 a month. Pet fee was $25 but its now $60. Old tenants should not have to pay that. Nor should small dogs and big dogs cost the same. Walls are thin where you can hear your neighbors.. I would suggest look somewhere else. The... superintendents are great. Miguel and Hector are friendly and always get any repairs done that are needed.
