We love it here! Feels like home. Love the people and can’t beat the location. Love walking the waterfront. Pool is great in the summer. Property is very well maintained.

The front desk and maintenance staff are always helpful, professional, and kind, making living here a pleasant experience. However, there are some major issues that need to be addressed. The elevators frequently break down, almost every other week, and often take too long to repair, causing significant inconvenience for residents. Additionally, lost packages have become a recurring problem, which is frustrating and needs to be resolved to ensure better reliability and security for tenants.
