Love the apartment but various issues with maintenance. Things are falling apart and no solutions provided. Overall still love living here though. Benefits outweigh drawbacks for sure.

My husband and I have just moved from our home in Rockland county to Hamilton Cove and couldn’t be happier! We arrived move in day to a beautifully clean apartment that was ready to be made in to our new home! BBQs must be replaced. Apartment should be repainted in every second year. Less rent price. It’s quite except the light rail. Nice front desk

I guess, they should evaluate the current residents and prefer to keep them. All BBQ should be replaced. Apartments would be nice to repaint in every second year
