Hole in bathroom ceiling 807

Since I moved here in December of 2025, I had issues. The biggest problem I have now is a leak in the bathroom ceiling since May, 2026. On June 16th their outside vendor came finally to change the pvc pipe and never came back to close up the hole in my bathroom ceiling. It's August, 2026 and I still have leaks with the hole in my ceiling.

Rents are going through the roof

the apartment is a great size, it very quiet, neighbor are nice. but as advertise many are working people so you may not see other tenants in weeks.
i am being force out because the rents are skyrocketing out of control. last year i had five (5) percent increase this year eight (8) percent, clearly, they don't want the tenants to stay, my increase was over $157.00. my pension hasn't increased. if you are planning to move here prepare for huge increases every year, with little extras, no new… appliances, a pool or club house where you can't invite or entertain guests, no, that not allowed.
so, if you have deep pockets, you will be paying here.

Woodbridge Hills Apartments (Active Adult Community)

I've been living in my apartment for 3 years & 3 months. It's been great! I love my apartment and decorated it to feel like a real home. My complex is located close to all major highways, train station and plenty of shopping.

My experience living here has been excellent! The amenities are also great - a pool, a gym and activities. Woodbridge Hills is also pet-friendly!

Everyone in the leasing office is professional and very friendly.

Also, if you need the maintenance workers for… "anything," they come quickly and resolve any issues within the apartment.

All-in-all, my experience living at Woodbridge Hills has been wonderful!!!

Woodbridge Hillsdale

Do you value your privacy and still treasure the companionship of neighbors ? Do you appreciate the beauty of manicured landscapes and take pride in yourself after completing a healthy workout in a state of the arts fitness center? Do you enjoy the sparkling blue water of a heated pool after a long days work? If you do , you are a person just like me . Take my word, that after 22 years of residing in a private house I never thought I would adjust to apartment life. Boy, was I wrong. At… Woodbridge Hills, the tenants and the staff have made this transition easy and a welcome change. I have found living here a vacation from stress and have wondered why I hadn't made the move sooner.

It might have started out as Woodbridge's best kept secret, but as more and more people become as satisfied as I am, the apartments are all filling up. If I havent convinced you yet of how much I like it here, maybe I will get another chance when you visit our Clubhouseamount of people countless hours in the immaculate Clubhouse watching classic movies, playing billiards and just relaxing with others during the common hour.
