AVOID AT ALL COSTS
DO NOT under any circumstances waste your money living here. Find somewhere else even if it means paying more. The poor living conditions and low quality of life do not warrant the $1300+ price tag. The parking situation was and always will be abysmal. Good luck trying to park near your residence after 5pm. The walls are paper thin and you would feel as if your neighbors were your roommates. There is an inexorable amount of insects and rodent infestations. The heat works intermittently and... management is slow to respond to such emergencies. Most of the neighbors are not pillars of society and you will likely encounter police responding to domestic disturbances. There is also a constant smell of weed permeating throughout the complex.
