They have always been there for the tenants, and my mother who lived here with me for her last days loved it too

When applying, we were told the apartment had central A/C. However, nobody informed us that the unit's A/C was not working until we turned in the "Inventory and Condition" form AFTER my elderly mother moved in. On 8/5/2024, the office told us that the A/C would be fixed in approx. 2 weeks; it is over 2 weeks later and nothing has been done to repair the A/C.
The apartment was also filthy when my mother moved in. The bathroom and kitchen sinks have mold and water-damage, and there's only a... baseboard to try to mask the damage. The bedroom window had a broken lock/latch, and the living room window screens were badly damaged.
There are also cockroaches seen in the apartment daily.

Its a great home for the price, it may be a little older looking in the front but apartment was nice to move into.
