Though there were some major issues when I first moved into my apartment, the maintenance crew is fairly responsive and fixed most of them promptly! The ones that remain issues are issues that aren't possible while I stay in the apartment, and I don't often take vacations. Parking isn't great, but as long as you don't stay out too late it's alright

Haven’t had too many problems if any at all. Location of these apartments is really good, and for the most part I feel safe and not too much noise. Maintenance responds to requests fast. The property is usually very clean. They also do a lot of different events for the tenants. I enjoy living here.

Really the only down fall is the parking. Sometimes I am forced to park far from my unit which is inconvenient. Pet mess pick up is much better.

Been living here since 2021, it's quiet but the walls are thin so if someone lives above you, you know what room they are in. You can literally hear everything. The washer/dryer is very small so you still have to go to the laundromat to wash your blankets. No extra storage/closet space. Looking at your previous payments online is confusing. Not to mention poop is not being picked up, dogs not on a leash and people parking all crooked.
