I really enjoy my apartment and the property,but I struggle with the noise level from upstairs neighbors. I don't believe it be intentional one bit,but it has really affected my child's sleeping which in turn affects me and our plans for the next day. Its a daily struggle with some breaks in between,but thats one really big problem that makes it difficult living here.

The location is nice with access to the park and grocery store. Maintenance is good and quick to respond. The gym treadmill is broken and doesn’t appear to be getting fixed.

Friendly staff quiet no crazy stuff. Only downside is no hot tub or pool both were down most of the year but over all very happy and content with the last year

Good place to be love the w/d it's pretty safe and convenient to shops and a gas station and the buses 1 and 2. I really like my neighbors they don't really say much everyone minds their own

Our transition was easier because of the help of Julie, she is very approachable. All of our questions were answered. It was hard for us to look for an apartment. Due to some documents that were not yet available since we are from other country, but she helped and waited for us until we complied.
