Great place to rent, as long as your rich

Excellent apartment complex, but my rent has increased 82.5% since I moved in 4 yrs ago. So if you don't mind 20%+ yearly increases in your rent, you might want to look for another place to rent

The general manager has been helpful in addressing the many issues I’ve experienced at this property since signing my lease. While I have seen significant improvement in how the property has been handled since moving in, I would not recommend anyone live here if they can afford to move someplace with better service and commitment to residents’ needs.
