When I needed help during a PNM bill crisis Ashley at the front desk took no initiative until brought up to supervisors. When asked for help Ashley would redirect me to other companies and even told me to start asking staff in the office that were severely undertrained and would not be able to answer my questions without Ashely. Extremely frustrating and waste of time.
