Tesota four hills has decent priced apartments but poor management, terrible amenities, and lack of care for its residents.

Tesota Four Hills is a fairly priced community in Albuquerque, NM, offering a good value for what you get. The utilities are affordable, despite there being many. The pools are a great feature, though they can occasionally be closed due to other residents' actions. Most residents are friendly, and it's pleasant to see children playing outside safely. However, homelessness remains an issue, partly because the gate is frequently left open. Overall, it’s a decent place to live with some room for... improvement. Communication can also be improved greatly on the management and maintenance side.

This apartment complex is terrible. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. My building had no hot water for a month and the office staff seemed in no hurry to fix it.
