Roaches, no return phone calls
Roach infested. No on-site management, no communication or c/b when specifically requested. Work orders being closed without being fulfilled. Multiple keys being provided to management are not in their possession. Just another excuse for the exterminator not showing up for the last 7 weeks even though I’ve been at home waiting. CMS Multifamily Management finds the need to effectively do whatever it takes NOT to communicate with tenants. They make excuses for not following through and... expect tenants to take the responsibility for their INABILITY to manage.
They need to stop lying, ignoring and blaming tenants for their obvious inability to follow through and manage a less than 60 unit apartment complex. All calls go to outsourced CS and only response is an automated email stating your communication has been received and you will receive a response soon which NEVER happens. You call their offices in Albuquerque and as persistent as I am I have never had personnel answer the phone at their in city location, just’s another automated message and it loops! Can’t even leave a message! Next step find out how to contact the owner or shareholders.
