Bug infestations
There are infestations in some buildings. Monarch Properties in Albuquerque NM do not want to resolve it.

This place has heating issues and Monarch properties could careless. They don't fix anything.

No oversight
This place is still having issues. Still incomplete and Gallegos has her family taking her place. Maintenance is not trustworthy. Nothing gets fixed. No heat or lots of heating issues.

Unsafe place
No screens on the windows. No mail delivery service. No laundromat. This continues as residents are being told it's almost ready. This place is not recommended if you respect your insanity.
