Hidden Fees/Scorpions

BE WARNED THIS PLACE HAS MULTIPLE HIDDEN FEES EVERY MONTH

For example they have package lockers on site that are 30$ a month regardless if you use them. Staff told me they were only 5$ a month but apparently its in my lease that its 30$

you get charged for anything and everything
7.50$ for "Conservice" which is a service that shows you your monthly utility bills. Well it doesnt work at all but you still get charged for it. Oh also you get charged 20$ for an account creation fee.......

Office...
staff has no idea what is going on. They have told me multiple things that are all incorrect. They rarely answer the phone. They also do not respond to emails. I have had a very very bad experience overall with this complex

I have also seen a few scorpions in my home I have only lived here 3 months now

Definitely will be moving in

Did a tour about two weeks ago and I was highly impressed with the staff the amenities and everything all around! I am waiting to get out of my lease until I officially sign but 2One5 is the place I will be moving to 100%

Horrible!! Beware!!!

Save your money and look elsewhere! The management here is awful. This complex is going downhill fast. Let’s see where do I begin. First off people that live here curb their dogs where ever they feel like including your front walkway! Can you imagine walking outside of your apt and walking into a pile of dog mess! If it’s not on your walkway or in your direct path it’s all over the main lawn near the pool area! Management is well aware of it but yet they do absolutely nothing about it! Imagine... the quality of life with the stench of dog poop wafting through everywhere you go here! Disgusting! Again management turns a blind eye to it constantly! Secondly the appliances In the apartments are old and outdated. This is 2022. Not 1996!!Microwaves don’t work, washers and driers are old and Archaic here! Why do I have to reheat my food at least 3-4x to make it hot in the microwave here?!!The washers here are problematic and the driers are not even worth mentioning! This complex is behind in the times compared to others that I have seen that have more up to date appliances and better quality of life. Oh let me not forget about the free for all with the joke of a gated community here! The gates are often broken or left open to anyone who desires to come on property! I don’t feel safe or secure here with these lapses. How could anyone really? Coming here was a huge mistake on my part! Lesson learned! Save yourself the money and headaches and look elsewhere for safety, cleanliness, updated appliances and better overall environment!!This place is a major disappointment!!!

Warning

My husband and I moved into these apartments several months ago. The apartment is modern and beautiful just as the pictures show. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. But please beware that unless you are a pot smoker you will be very uncomfortable. Neither myself nor my husband or my friends smoke pot but we all get to smell it everyday. It comes through the vents in both of my bathrooms, my closet, and my laundry room. I can’t open my windows when the weathers nice because the smell goes... through my whole house. It is totally disgusting and unbearable most days. I have complained to management and they sent out notices to the building but it has not helped much. I was told that I could move to another apartment but you smell the pot throughout the property. It practically hits you in the face when you drive through the gate. Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease!
