Alton Southern Highlands

I have lived here 2 years and just renewed my lease for a third year. The property is brand new and has very modern features. The apartments have great floor plans, nice appliances and are generally pretty big. Monthly rents are competitive for the area. I enjoy the amenities of the property including the pool area and gym. The clubhouse is great with lots of games and fun areas to relax or have coffee. The general location is also excellent, it's a very quiet neighborhood. The best thing about... this place is the staff. Pashshawn, Adrianna, and Nayla are all very friendly, welcoming, and always responsive. Anthony, who no longer works here, was also a joy. The staff know the residents well and are always willing to help us with anything. The maintenance team is also top notch. It is easy to file a ticket online, and the issue is always fixed by the next business day. They have a team of cleaning staff that keeps the place spotless....truly spotless. My tour with Adrianna was wonderful. She was super friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. The amenities are nice and love the finishes in the apartments! Surrounding area is very nice as well!

I can't say enough about this place. It is truly a gem tucked away in a cul-de-sac. My experience so far has been great! People I've met are really nice, apartments are very nice and quiet. I work from home so it's great I have options without leaving the complex. Let me tell you, Adrianna is amazing! She went out of her way to provide details of the property while the office was closed. She definitely went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and a great person.

I absolutely loved this property for so many reasons. I had a a great tour with Adrianna a couple days ago and she was more than knowledgeable and helpful. The speakeasy in the club house is what really got me lol I also love how safe it feels with dual entry.
