Alton Southern Highlands

I have been at Alton SoHi about three months. I genuinely love my place. For me it checked all the boxes (key amenities) and then some (Mountain View). The neighbourhood is nice, I feel safe walking around after dark by myself. The property is great, everything is kept up and looks like management and tenants care. I highly recommend this property. The management staff are all really great to interact with. Nayla was the leasing consultant who helped me with my move in, super knowledgeable and... attentive and straightforward. She made the move in process so easy. It is nice to come home to a relaxing space that feels like home. Lee mas

Southern Highlands is a beautiful place to live, with a farmers market nearby and many events you can attend. The amenities here are amazing and the speakeasy is great!

I have lived here 2 years and just renewed my lease for a third year. The property is brand new and has very modern features. The apartments have great floor plans, nice appliances and are generally pretty big. Monthly rents are competitive for the area. I enjoy the amenities of the property including the pool area and gym. The clubhouse is great with lots of games and fun areas to relax or have coffee. The general location is also excellent, it's a very quiet neighborhood. The best thing about... this place is the staff. Pashshawn, Adrianna, and Nayla are all very friendly, welcoming, and always responsive. Anthony, who no longer works here, was also a joy. The staff know the residents well and are always willing to help us with anything. The maintenance team is also top notch. It is easy to file a ticket online, and the issue is always fixed by the next business day. They have a team of cleaning staff that keeps the place spotless....truly spotless. I've been jumping from apartment to apartment for many years, and this place is by far my favorite. Lee mas

My tour with Adrianna was wonderful. She was super friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. The amenities are nice and love the finishes in the apartments! Surrounding area is very nice as well!
