Bad quality of living

There are “emergency water shut offs” every couple of months and they do not give a 24 hour notice. It’s affecting my work and living quality. We have lived here for years and have watched every unit around us get renovated with updated blinds etc. we have not had any updates nor can we even get maintenance over to fix our bathtub that consistently leaks water (when the water is actually turned on and working). It’s a horrible experience getting ready to get in the shower or brush your teeth and... you realize the water is shut off for the next 8 hours.

Great Maintenance

I've been very happy with the response to service requests I submit. Moises helped me today and was very professional, addressed my issue in record time and made sure it was fixed to my satisfaction. Awesome!!

Amazing worker!

I love my new apartment if I have any problems everyone in the office is so helpful, But Norman will always go far and beyond he has such amazing customer service & is very patient and respectful.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

The rent does go up $200-300 each renewal and don't even bother asking for your deposit back when you move out. In fact, they'll try to charge you more for normal wear and tear and say the damages need to be paid for.

Gate is open 24/7 which leads to massive car and home break-ins. Security on site just sits in his car and sleeps. Pools been closed for whole year and cheap fitness equipments that they call a "gym".
