Management is questionable
Convenient but management not the best. Now parking is assigned BUT only 1 per apartment, 2 for 3 bedroom apartments. There's usually no open parking spaces available, ridiculous, many tenants have 3 to 5 cars. So frustrated! Can't go out at night, management doesn't do NOTHING

Horrible
Do not rent here they are horrible . They have a bad pest issue. Maintenance does not come out when you need them. Westland properties does not care about their tenants . Keep looking. you will regret it.

DIRTY
THIS PLACE IS A DUMPSTER. INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND BUGS THAT THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF. THE APPLIANCES ARE DISGUSTING AND BARELY WORK. EVERYTHING BREAKS DOWN SO FREQUENTLY AND MAINTENANCE HANGS OUT AND SMOKES POT ALL SHIFT. THE GROUNDS FOR KIDS TO PLAY ON ARE CONSTANTLY DISGUSTING WITH TRASH EVERYWHERE AND THE OFFICE PERSONNEL IS SO RUDE! THEY DO NOT STAY ON TOP OF THINGS REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY TIMES YOU HAVE TO ASK THEM TO TAKE CARE OF SOMETHING. YES LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS THERE IS A BUNCH OF... WEIRDOS THAT HANG OUT OUTSIDE ALL NIGHT AND THE NOISE GOES ON TILL 12 ON MOST DAYS. NOT HAPPY , AT ALL. THEY SHOULDNT EVEN OFFER A 12 MONTH LEASE ITS A RIP. YOU'LL REGRET IT AFTER THE 2ND MONTH. GUARANTEED... DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU..
