MOVE-IN FUNDS REQUIRED:
-1st month's rent (pro-rated from day of move-in)
-Security Deposit= equivalent of one month of rent
-Cleaning deposit=$500
-Keys/remotes/FOB deposits= $300. 
-Per Pet deposit = $500. Some breeds will not be accepted. Contact us for more details. Please note: Some HOAs allow up to two small pets, maximum weight is 25 lbs each, at maturity. All pets and service animals must be disclosed at time of application. Owner reserved the right to rescind all approvals and terminate signed lease contract, if not disclosed

If your income and/or credit is/are lower than the minimum requirements, double security deposits will be required, if the Landlord elects to accept your application. Landlord reserves the right to use one and/or all criteria to determine approval/rejection. 

Lease contract is for a minimum of one year.  We do not do short term leases.  We only hold a property for a maximum of 10 days with a
$500 HOLDING FEE upon approval, which will be credited to the total Security Deposit.

Application fee is $85 per adult. All adults 21 and over must apply to be screened.
