I loved conversating with Desire. She gave us the information we needed and made our move-in easy and efficent. I loved how everyone commmunicates with each other. when I moved in, even the maintnance guy (I cant remember his name) introduced him self and welcomed me in to the complex. The manager walked us to our unit to welcome us home. Best Feeling EVER!!!

Citron has been a great place to live. They communicate with their residents, any maintenance request is answered within 24 hours unless if it’s an emergency. The 24/7 gym is a bonus

Lived here for a year and am glad my lease is up. As others have stated, mailboxes were broken into quite frequently. I cannot count the amount of times I had to go to the front office to get a new mail key. It doesn't help that the mailboxes are out in the open.
When I first moved in, the apartment smelled like a smoker had lived there or smoke had came in through the vents and settled in that apartment. It was a very strong burnt marijuana smell. I was told it was "New carpet" smell, but... that was definitely not it. It took almost a month just to get the smell out of there.
Maintenance takes a while to complete requests. In addition, some of the maintenance requests were marked as completed when no one had even shown up to fix anything.
For the amount you're being charged here, you'd be better off paying a little bit more at one of the other apartment complexes in the area and getting more space. I understand the surrounding area is getting more expensive, but these apartments are definitely not worth it and outdated compared to the surrounding area.
