Great office staff
The property management team is super friendly and helpful. They are always happy to answer any questions you might have. They have a good pest control and landscapers. I have a cat and they are a cat-friendly complex which to me made them a very great place to live from the get-go. I really liked how when we moved in they gave us a brand new welcome mat. It’s little things like that can make a difference when you choose your next home.

Fremont Villas is a home you’ve been looking for.
I love the people at the office and so far my stay in Fremont villas is great. Great maintenance work as well.

Beware Porch Pirates
It's a nice place to live. They used to accept packages at the leasing office but with all of the constant turnover, they are too lazy now to do so. Packages are placed at your doorstep and often stolen. Aside from that it's a nice place to live.

Fremont villas
Pros. Nice apartments.the office staff are great. They communication via text/email with any issues or fun activities.
Cons - there wasn’t enough car parking spaces. Had to wait a year to get one. Location
