LOOK ELSEWHERE

don't even bother. staff never knows anything. also charged me 85$ on an application I was never able to fill out. it's like they like to play games with people. it's been a week and still no email with an application plus the run around of the payment not being posted on their side when my bank account shows it was taken out the same day. I'm contacting their main office, AMG, and I'm getting my bank to help me get my 85$ back. if its Horrible service while trying get to rent, imagine what it... would be like actually living there.

office staff has no clue......stay away

unprofessional staff. app sat in a drawer for 4 days while they claimed it was being processed. took my 40$ and left me waiting. promised calls by the end of the day 3 times. when I finally asked for an answer or my money back Anna wad super rude and hung up said she was busy. stay away from 707 and riverbend
