I have had issues since moving in a year ago and have tried on multiple occasions to talk to someone about resolving these issues. The office manager Raquel has been extremely rude and some of the comments she has said to me I could never even imagine saying to a guest in my restaurant let alone resident of a property. She is ineffective in her role as property manager and it’s very disappointing that reaching out to Greystar has not helped resolve anything.
