Trash apartments

Madly Roach infested, management takes too long to fix issues. So many things have gone wrong here. Police activity daily multiple shootings/ stabbings since I moved in 2022

Do not move here. The entire property is infested with cockroaches. The crime is outrageous. The pools are a joke. The facilities are a joke. The staff is rude and uncaring. St. Lucia is a really nice place staff is great! Well maintained . Food trucks regularly located near everything Whole Foods and plenty of places to eat !

wouldn’t move there

Maintenance takes forever to come do call , but the time they come you forget that you even put in a work order. Front gate and cameras NEVER work. If anything bad happens on property they are gonna expect you to still pay them instead of breaking lease. There is a lot of gang activity going on and they don’t try to fix it. Don’t get me started on the apartment . They rushed to get us moved in the apartment wasn’t even fully ready.
