Summer Winds

Laziest apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Also the most expensive which is sad. The unit I moved into had rotting/leaking faucets, broken outlets, broken dryer machine, cupboards are water damaged and look awful. Dog park was closed for almost a month due to there not being a lock. Before that it was open with no lock Since before I moved in. Basketball hoops aren’t here, hot tub is never open, pool is extremely foggy. Very disappointing.

Location. Location. Location. You just absolutely cannot beat it, especially for the price! Very reasonable, utilities and additional expenses are very fair and transparent. Mary Ann and Rebekah were full of energy and information and helped me out tremendously. 10/10 RECOMMEND.

We stayed at Summer Winds for approximately 2 1/2 years. Moved from Cali for a job opportunity and this place stuck out from the rest. Location was great, rent was good for a 2 bed 2 bath, and the community here was nice and quiet. My neighbors and all the staff were very kind to my family. Thank you for a very homie place while we stayed in Las Vegas!

I must in all honesty say, I love the layout. I am downstairs and have really nice flooring, carpets are only in the bedrooms. The kitchen is a bit small, but the salon is a comfortable size.
The office staff is very Nice and helpful. The maintinence workers are on top of things as best they can. The location is great, if I had young kids i wouldn't move here, more of an adult place. Very close to the strip, busing. there really isn't anything for the kids to do here. The property is… very clean, grounds are well kept, pools are nice, love the gym. The only problem I had with the property was the nightmare with my stove, where it was a health hazzard, it kept blowing up, They did try to fix it. It needed to be replaced..Which they finally did after they found out there was no grounding wire. I was told the Ovation properties did not want to replace it. Which to me is a bit dangerous.
