Slum
Management is unavailable. No emergency maintenance. No laundry facilities for 4 months. The pools have not been maintained or open since this company purchased over a year ago. Property is filthy and not maintained. No security. Overabundance of squatters. No wifi as advertised. Overall deplorable living conditions.

Slum
Management is unavailable. No emergency maintenance. No pools - haven't been operational since Apex took over in January 2021. No laundry facilities- all machines were removed January 2022 and rooms boarded up. No security. Property is filthy and highly unsafe.

Bed bugs
The units and people are trashy rude there are fights gang fights killing and no one shows respect for your unit . And it's a bad druggie area..
