Wasted of time
I had toured this property yesterday, I have been touring many apartments across the city. I had like the space and price that was offered. The apartment and price that was offered was offered and toured by Kristy who was nice enough on the first day, however I told her I would want my boyfriend to see and we arranged for literally the next morning to tour the apartment at then price I was interested (today). We arranged for 9am (literally opening) and she showed up at 9:18 even her coworker was... like “wow shes not here yet?” Then Kristy gets in and we go hi good morning how are you and she doesn’t even look at us and sits and stares at her screen and goes “give me a minute”... very rude it take S the S same amount of time time to said I’m good thank you... then proceeds to tell us the apartment I made my boyfriend drive across town to view was already rented and tried to continue by selling us and up charging us on another apartment. I asked her why she didn’t call us to let us know so that we didn’t waste my boyfriend and I’s time waking up before work to drive across town to see something she offered to us. she offered zero apologies and was very rude during the entire interaction. We left, if this is how their management is before you even sign a lease I cannot imagine the miscommunication and failed actions once you’re apart of the community. FYI/PSA multiple other “sister” properties to this apartment with identical apartments that are offering better deals as well so not a loss but a huge waste of time and extremely unprofessional.
