How Is This Rating Determined?

Recent management resulted in decline in quality of amenities and response times

Karya management took over approximately 2 years ago. Since then, the lights around the property have stopped working, the pool isn't maintained, the laundry has broken, and response times for maintenance requests have lengthened, while they continue to raise rents annually. In addition, there are pest issues that have not been resolved despite exterminator visits, and my a/c breaks down every year because they are using band-aid solutions instead of actually fixing it.

Not happy

We were supposed to get a place. We didn’t get approved but they want to keep our deposit. We didn’t give a check or cash. It was taken straight from our account. They’re supposed to return our money within 5 business days. Instead of giving us back our money we’ve been waiting 3 weeks. Our lawyer said they have 24 hours to return the funds in full. I don’t recommend anyone to move here if they can’t follow simple rules. The Storm!
