Great place to live...
I'm writing this in April of 2019. We recently moved into the Village at Desert Lakes and couldn't be happier. All of the maintenance and administrative staff were extremely professional and made our move a lot easier. Of course, there are some people who cannot be satisfied, but those are the folks who are often part of the problem in the first place. The residents here are friendly and the units and amenities are even better than pictured. Even our little doggie loves it. We've owned a few... homes and can appreciate the work that goes into keeping a place up and running. From our experience, feel we were lucky to find this development. One lucky advantage is the location. Everything is nearby and other than a beach, we don't need anything else!

Beware!!!!
I had such a bad experience here. They have incompetent staff. Request orders will take a few months to be fixed or not at all. All of their appliances are old so they break alot! They consistently have water issues where one morning you will wake up and you can't get ready for work. You can't have your friends or family over due to limited parking spaces. They have no sense of communication especially when there is a problem such as not being capable of notifying you on any unsettled debt or... even try to dispute debts when they are at fault. They rather take it straight to collections and ruin your credit. Always check your account, they can debit your account twice without you knowing even if you did not set up auto pay with them. During my stay, I saw Metro atleast once a month or every other month. Shady People. Beware!

First Move Success
All of the main people have been very helpful with our first move-in. We were very appreciative of the time they took to help explain a lot of information that we did not understand very well. Overall great service, mood, and glad to be moving in!!
