DO NOT MOVE HERE

I have lived here about 8 years. Within the 8 years everything has gone down hill. The pools were open before covid it and ever since then it remains closed. Residents have no access to the hot tub either. The playground, is a basket ball area although the hoop doesn’t have a ring or string so it’s just a small box board on a pole. They have one slide and that is considered the playground as well. The “ play ground” is normally covered in shattered glass and garbage. The tennis court they have... is closed and locked with a chain and now children have found ways to break into there to have somewhere to play. The buildings are beat up looking and grounds are majority of the time dirty. Maintenance does their best when they have the employees as office staff states they have no employees, but also state they have no hiring positions. There are so many black widows and refuse to actual send pest control out to take care of the issue. The landscaping is mainly either dirt, some grass, dog poop, or garbage. Again, maintenance does their best when they are needed or when pushed for the such needed work order to be completed. Cars are continuously getting either broken into it, stolen or people are dumping cars in the parking lots. Residents have no access to the fitness center. Every amenity besides washer and dryer in some units, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and ceiling fans, that is listed on any of there websites that they have their floor plan information on, we residents have NO AMENITIES. When residents try to do transfers, the office staff does not follow fair housing guidelines. I had called about moving to a two bedroom and they said they had no availability, although my friend called right after me and they stated they would be having some come available shortly. Besides the location, having a washer and dryer in unit, sometimes maintenance being reliable, and needing a Roof over your head, I would look else where.

Poor Ownership

The front office does the best that they can, but the owner refuses to let them help the property or the people living there. The property is over run with spiders, mice, and squirrels. Almost all amenities have been out of order since before the pandemic even began.

It's outdoor camping, most outlets and appliances don't work and if replaced it is with something so old it barely works.

Good area but cheap and run down

Great location and neighborhood, but the apartments, especially kitchen and bathrooms, are old and deteriorating. The "amenities" are mostly useless, and the grounds and apartments generally are not maintained hardly at all. Maintenance is quick to respond but jimmy-rigs things rather than fixing them.

Great!

We've lived here for over 2 years. We love it! It is quite, safe and the staff is always helpful. There are a few updates that could be done, but really for the price and the neighborhood it cannot be beat. Perfect for kids & families!
