REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION to be uploaded with application:
1. Copy of Valid Driver's License, Military ID or State ID.
2. Copy of last 90 days pay stubs. Income qualification is 3x monthly rent gross income. Proof of other income as SSI, Child Support, etc, if applicable. Banks statements and screen shots of accounts not accepted.
3. If Self Employed, copies of last 2 years tax returns.
4. Pet photo and records (shots, country license, etc), if applicable

Insufficient total income (3x monthly rent), credit history, criminal background, rental history, negative or insufficient referrals, among other factors, may be grounds for denial.
If application is approved, lease must be signed within one day. Upon executed lease and receipt of security deposit, move-in/lease start date must be within 2 weeks of signing.
