Vizcaya Hilltop Apartments

Everyone who helped us there was extremely kind and helpful. They made it easy to understand what was expected from a tenant and made the application process smooth and easy for us.

My roommate and I had just moved in earlier in the month. We had been working with the staff for a month prior trying to sort out everything, and the staff was incredibly helpful through the process. They were very kind in answering all our questions. Upon move-in, the apartment was in pretty good condition, minus a few scratches to the counters. The on-site management team tries, but the apartments are very old and dark. Maintenance can only do so much. They also charge numerous fees on move out — everything from mandatory rug shampooing to “final statement” fees. Those add a few hundred dollars— not huge, but very sleazy.

Repairs are not at issue at Vizcaya Hilltop Apt! They are super timely and Juan and his partner are very polite and respectful. They can fix anything! As someone who moved from a house to an apt for the first time in 40 years, it’s a huge relief not to have to worry about maintaining my home. ????

This place is awesome. They care about their residents. Safe clean and beautiful. Check them out! A great place to call home.
