Pretty good

Quiet neighborhood and nice people. The appliances are from like 1993. It gets hot in the summer because the air conditioning is in wall A/C that only cools down a 4ft radius from the A/C unit, making it uncomfortable to be anywhere else but right in front of it.

Unbelievably inviting and wonderful

When I moved in the apartment was freshly painted, clean, and very well maintained. The apartment is roomy and there's plenty of storage - especially in the kitchen.

The apartment manager, Ramona, is so kind, and welcoming and is extremely good at her job. She keeps everything moving smoothly. She went out of her way to make my move here painless - I moved from out of state and took the apartment sight-unseen. I really appreciate her!

The facilities manager, Jim, is on top of everything. … There were a couple of little things that needed attention when I moved in and he fixed them right away. He's very pleasant and was willing to help me with some things that weren't his responsibility - like setting up a bed frame. The grounds are well maintained and beautifully designed.

Everything about the apartment and its staff is about making the tenants feel welcome and important. My neighbors are very nice - no loud parties or "scary" people. I feel safe here and lucky to have found the Hidden Oaks Village apartments.

This place is wonderful. The apartments are spacious and clean. There is plenty of grass for pets. I love living here. Its been 13 years now.
