Sierra Woods Apartments

They're ok for the price but pool hasn't been open since we moved in, nor has the gym. And they're horrible at completing maintenance requests in a timely manner. It takes months sometimes. Which if it's something necessary like a washer or stove or air conditioner, dishwasher not having those ends up costing us more on top of having to pay rent which is already super high

don't waist your money, you could go anywhere else pay the same and be treated right

Run. They'll take your deposit, find some bizarre reason you don't qualify, and keep your money.

Everybody has different experiences, mine is pretty good. No mold or pest problems & actually they come and fix every problem that same day or the next. Management women are nice as well! No problems here!

Everything is bad here even the neighbors management is good only to raise the rent
