Not Safe Do Not Live Here

They basically force you to park your car in their garage behind the building (and charge for it). The garage is not secure whatsoever and gets broken into often. Ive had my car vandalized twice in the last 6 months and nothing has been done. At least 6 or 7 cars have had windows smashed, license plates stolen, etc. and Montante ignores the issue. There are limited parking spaces in front of the building but they threaten to tow your car if you park there. If you like your car getting beaten... in, this is the place for you!

Going down hill

Thin walls and cheap construction. You can smell your neighbors cooking and listen to their dog bark just as if it were in your own apartment.

Steer clear

Can hear your neighbors having sex clear as day, loudly hear people walking above you, and overall poor craftsmanship/quality of the apartment. Hallways are an echo chamber.
