Extremely Poor maintenance

The property looks beautiful but the maintenance is atrocious. From leaky windows (rainwater seepage) to months and even years of delay for basic repairs renting here was the worst idea we ever had. Multiple apartments have leaky bathroom ceilings which haven't been repaired despite repeated complaints and requests from residents. Avoid this and any building being managed by Priam as they simply do not maintain/service the apartments once they are rented out.

Poor upkeep/no communication

Priam is over their heads with projects so the upkeep and timeliness of repairs and overall care is embarrassing considering what they ask for in rent. There is zero communication especially about projects in the building itself (as it’s not even finished). With all of the new rental opportunities downtown from Douglas Development, highly recommend to look elsewhere. They do nothing special for their tenants; just collect rent.
