BEWARE

The Grid does great marketing but the actual building and rooms do not compare.

Many things break or need repainting. There are packages just stacked up in the mail room and in the “secure” package room for anyone to grab. I have pictures to prove this.

I wish I could upload pictures because the amenities listed do not come close to what one would think they are. Also, pet friendly is true they are definitely letting in more dogs than their weight restriction so if you live here I hope you...
like big dogs because there are a lot of them with no place to walk them or let them out besides walking on Main St and getting cat called each day.

Could be good for you but this is not it for me. Do your research because as I was quoted,” We can only upsell you on our rooms we can’t put you back in a cheaper room or minus amenities.” They will be friendly till you have an issue with the apartment which will be often. We had to get our lights fixed several times and have one barely hanging on in the kitchen currently.

If you are looking for cheaper rent they ask people to be RA’s for discounted rent so you can feel right back in college lol.
They can only really let you back into your room because we are only given one key fob and not ever given the access code to our own room. If you want it or need someone to get into your room you can’t get another key but have to text the property manager for a code for her to give you a code like you are an 18year old…. This place is not as advertised. Talk to the residents when touring and ask to tour at night because it is very different at night and weekends.

Too much $$ for what you get

It was not made with quality materials even though it's only 2 years old as a building. The walls are very very thin. The light fixtures they used fall off of the ceiling regularly.

The price point is way too high for the size of the room and the "amenities" are not as described.

Not worth it.

Amenities GALORE

I LOVED living at The Grid Apartments *heart eyes.* Unfortunately, i'm moving out of the area, but i will miss the beautiful rooftop, and my puppy will miss the doggy wash station :(

Management was always very helpful and accommodating with any issues! They're always looking for feedback/ways to improve, and hosted lots of community events. I would recommend to anyone looking in the area-- also a huge plus being SO close to the medical campus!

Tin Box

Very cheaply made, it's very loud from every apartment because the walls are so thin. The pictures do not represent the current aging of the property. It's also in a very dangerous area, many peoples vehicles are broken into.

Not as great as represented here

It’s an ok and decent living situation. I wouldn’t recommend a two bedroom situation for others like I am in. It is a rather large space however not good for those who have a family and children to raise. I didn’t expect it to be in the environment I am now. I would rather get my kids into a good school system and I don’t feel it is a good place to raise your children.
