Clean and healthy environment plus very affordable. I would suggest this to anybody to live and be comfortable.

The workers are rude that come in and talk to you, they take forever to get to things. We have stuff broken from when superior housing took over that still hasn't been fixed, and you're given the run around with everything. They take the easy way out on fixing the stuff they do fix so that it just breaks again. From the experience I've had they don't truly care about the tenants more so just the money. You cannot get in contact with the owner of the apartments to address issues, they tell you... there's no way to reach him and talk about taking down your name and number so he can contact you but he never does. Management is always quick to respond and address any issues. Apartments are overpriced considering the size and location.
