Needing an apartment
We have been displaced from our home due to Hurricane Sandy and needed a place to live. I put out feelers all over and being in an apartment building just seemed the best fit for us. Originally we wanted to be on the bottom floor, however apartments are hard to come by especially if you are on a budget, so we opted to take the only apartment that was available on the top floor. We are now happy that we are upstairs, its better privacy. We can keep our windows open and don't have people walking... by all the time. You can also have animals (of course you are charged additional). They have a laundry facility and some outdoor space with barbecues that you can utilize with picnic tables for your pleasure. The best is that there is a maintenance man that can be called upon in an emergency or you can put in a work order for small jobs or non emergencies. The apartment is only a one bedroom and was newly renovated. The grounds are well kept and your assigned one parking space on the premises, with parking on the street or in visitors spots first come first serve. Its right behind the railroad which isn't so bad on the weekends but its a full schedule on the weekdays. The building is short drive or walk to town and shopping. Anne the lovely woman who runs the office can get results in any circumstance.
