We are sorry that you feel you did not have a good experience with us. We do our best to keep communication open with our residents, both past and present. We sent you an itemized accounting of any open balance on your account within 2 weeks of... your move-out date, to the address you provided. Reading your review, it is clear that you are under the impression that your account was turned over to a collections company and that your balance was reported to a credit agency. Neither is true; we work with a company Resident Advocate (RA) that contacts anyone with an open balance on their account when they vacate. RA contacts past residents to work with them to make payment, or set up a payment plan to avoid the account going to collections. Your account was paid in full and never reported to any credit agency, therefore your account did not have any effect on your credit score.
