Roads are very rough, many potholes and many other issues that have been dug out through the years to fix many deficiencies over the years.

You won’t have ice issues at your front step if you live in the middle of a complex. It’s also a better and smoother drive when there is snow on the ground.

Snow removal is just a snow pusher. Makes the roads slick, no salt or sand treatment to help.
