As a current resident, these are the most unprofessional and crappiest apartments I have ever lived. They do not fact check anything before contacting you, super racist. Do not recommend. Also Police is here almost every night because something is going on all the time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

If looking to rent from this complex, do not allow the “model unit to fool you! On my walk through with one of the office staff it was very deceitful. She told me things that would be done to my apartment prior to moving in, which included wood floors. The advertisement for stainless steel appliances is nonexistent. So the photos used to draw renters to their ads is misleading. When I did a walk through the building was filthy. Even a note left by a resident regarding the insect issues. The... front door to the apartment was paper thin . Even the maintenance man had a difficult time opening it. The wood floors I was expecting were not there. All carpet. The apartment was dirty as well. When I asked about the wood floors that was discussed prior, I was told NOW it was at the property managements discretion! But that was not the original conversation. I was offered to wait another month to move in or to see if it could be done and that I would get a phone call. Never received that call still no wood floors. So I took my business somewhere else. If the management can be deceitful from the beginning, there’s no telling what would happen for the duration of the lease. I wasn’t willing to find out. The complex was unwilling to return deposit even though they falsely advertise what to expect in the apartment as well as a verbal false statement.

They’ll contact you numerous times throughout the day to let you know you can view an apartment that’s available for rent, but won’t let you know that it’s no longer available until you get there. Thanks for the 45 minute wasted trip.

The property is so quiet, neighborhood is nice and close to everything!!! Maintenance comes that day no matter what, and if they can't get something done, they will come back, or call out for more help. The girls in the office are SO nice. Any time I go in there, I always have a good chat. There has been a few times I had financial issues and even though they are a business and cant do much, they still communicated the entire time until I was able to get back on my feet. I highly recommend this... property!!!!

Living here is not the 1 star part.
The 1 star part is the fact they have owed us over $1400 (security deposit plus a month of rent over paid) for TWO AND A HALF MONTHS. We have called and called and we never get any answers expect they "will ask the office manager" but never get back to us. Living there they were pleasant and responsive and sent maintenance over any time we called with an apartment issue. Now they are doing nothing but giving us the run around and never call us back despite the... fact they owe us almost a grand and a half.
