How Is This Rating Determined?

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE

Maintenance enters without permission or notice. Repairs are neglected for years. Tim does not communicate with tenants or staff. Health hazards are known yet ignored, such as hoarders in upper apartments. Due to the hoarding multiple buildings have infestations of cockroaches. Rent is increased even though repairs go ignored. All in all very unprofessional, lazy and rude owners and employees.

Disgusting

There are cockroaches, moldy carpets, leaks, everything here is falling apart! There is no consideration for tenants’ privacy, and the landlord & property managers do not care for the living conditions. This place is gross, way too expensive for what is offered, or isn’t offered on the other hand. Do not even consider moving in, don’t live here.
