Paper-thin wall. Your quality of living depend on your neighbor
We've lived at this apt for three months but had to break our lease and move out given we had a neighbor with rage issue and we could hear him ALL DAY and NIGHT long. Quite a few sleepless nights or where we were startled to awake by his cursing words to his family members. It became so unbearable that we made a decision to get out ASAP. We confronted him multiple times, the management also talked to him, nothing helped because you can't make people change. They also claim they could hear us... STOMPING on the floor all day long. The build of the apartment was very cheap with minimal insulation. Travis Hyde management is good though but it cannot change the quality of the building. Do not live here, really the worse quality apartment in town.
