Beach town building

Originally loved it. Higher end of our budget but after a year rent gets raised and they don't tell you when you first sign your lease. Also, someone tried to break into our apartment and did rob several others. It's not worth the rent anymore as it will increase again and we don't have the oceanview or balcony. The building needs a bike room too. I do like the pool and laundry isn't really a problem with availability but it's expensive
