Leasing unresponsive to prospective tenants
I called over 2 weeks ago asking about availability and details of the property. No answer.
I sent a message 3 days ago through their online portal. No answer.
I called 4 times over the course of yesterday. No answer.
I asked for an update on my follow-up message 3 days ago, and finally got a response yesterday where they informed me they were full.
I asked if it's going to be this difficult to get in touch with management if I become a tenant there, and all they said was "sorry for the... delay, good luck with your apartment search".
I thought I'd be happy living here based on the reviews, but if I'm gonna have to deal with an unresponsive landlord, count me out.
