I've been living here for eight months and love it!
The leasing and maintenance people first rate. Lots of amenities, but I enjoy the fitness area the most. The apartments are beautiful and surprisingly quiet, I rarely hear my neighbors. The building is quiet, clean and well maintained. You can easily walk to local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues.I highly recommend The Motif!
